This house means very much to us, and we’ve prepared every detail so you can enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. We simply ask that you treat the home with the respect it deserves. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy a great experience: • Booking guest must be 25 years of age at check-in and be present for the entire duration of the reservation • Please ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of overnight guests (max 8) • Only registered guests may stay overnight • No parties or events • Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • No smoking or vaping inside the home • No pets • Please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool. • Please avoid having glass in the pool area These standard house rules are simply to keep the home safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front yard, and driveway for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. Routine lawn and pool maintenance may occur during your stay to keep everything in great condition. Visits are brief and occur during daytime hours. Florida is a tropical destination, and occasional outdoor insects or wildlife are normal, especially in the evenings. The home is professionally treated on a regular basis. After booking, guests will be asked to review and acknowledge a standard rental agreement outlining house rules, safety information, and local requirements. For security and compliance purposes, the booking guest may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and the names of overnight guests prior to arrival. Cet endroit était phénoménal !! La maison était exactement comme décrite. Elle était magnifiquement décorée, très propre et accueillante. Ashley et Bobby ont été les MEILLEURS hôtes que nous ayons jamais eus. On sent vraiment qu'ils sont fiers de partager leur maison et qu'ils veulent que chacun se sente le bienvenu et à l'aise. Ils ont été extrêmement réactifs et serviables quand nous en avons eu besoin. Séjour 1000/10 ! Je recommanderais cet endroit à tout le monde. Ma famille ne cherchera qu'à revenir ici si/nous revenons. Merci beaucoup Ashley et Bobby, ma famille a adoré notre séjour ! :) This place was phenomenal!! The house was exactly as listed. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and welcoming. Ashley and Bobby was the BEST hosts we have ever had. You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable. They were super responsive and helpful when needed. 1000/10 stay! I would recommend this place to everyone. My family will only be looking to stay here again if/when we come back. Thanks so much Ashley and Bobby my family loved our stay! :)

Ashley a été très réactive. L'endroit était magnifique et avait tout ce dont notre famille pouvait rêver. Il y avait plein d'activités à faire sur place, sans même avoir besoin de sortir, et pour tous les âges. Les plages étaient à quelques minutes seulement et Ashley avait tout prévu pour la plage : jouets, serviettes, chaises, tente. Ma fille demande déjà à y retourner l'année prochaine ! Ashley was very responsive. The place was beautiful and had everything our family could ask for. There was plenty to do at the house with out even having to go anywhere and for all ages. The beaches were a short distance away and Ashley had everything you needed to go to the beach including beach toys, towels, chairs, tent. My daughter is already asking to go back again next year!

There was so much to do at the air bnb, but also so close to many beaches and restaurants and really anything you would need. It was the perfect stay and we had everything we needed and more! They were great hosts- above and beyond!

The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and you could tell the host truly thought of everything to make guests comfortable. From the little details to the overall atmosphere, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for our family getaway, and the kids had such an incredible time that they actually said it was the best vacation ever — even better than Disney World! That says everything right there. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Toute l'expérience avec Ashley et le Salty Palm a largement dépassé mes attentes. Je voulais une escapade à la plage le temps d'un week-end en famille, mais je cherchais aussi l'endroit idéal pour demander ma petite amie en mariage et fêter cela ensuite avec la famille. Le Salty Palm était parfait et n'a vraiment pas déçu. La réservation sans tracas et la bonne communication avec Ashley et Bobby ont été une très belle surprise. C'était à la fois professionnel et personnel. Ils se sont assurés que tout soit parfait et la maison, les équipements et l'emplacement ne pouvaient pas être mieux. Je recommanderais cette maison à tout le monde et nous prévoyons d'y séjourner à chaque fois que nous voudrons nous évader et passer un excellent moment sur la côte. Nous ne pouvons tout simplement pas dire assez de bien de notre séjour, nous avons adoré ! The entire experience with Ashley and the Salty Palm was above and beyond my expectations. I was wanting a beach trip getaway for the weekend with the family but also wanted a perfect place to both propose to my girlfriend and celebrate after the proposal with the family. The Salty Palm was perfect and definitely didn’t disappoint. With hassle free booking and good communication with Ashley and Bobby was a very nice surprise. It was both professional and personal. They made sure everything was perfect and the home, amenities and the location could not have been better. I would recommend the home for anyone and we plan on staying there every time we want to get away and have a great time on the coast. We simply cannot say enough about our trip and we loved it!

Plenty of space and lots of fun things to do. My kids loved the games and golf. Pool was nice! Home had everything we needed. Beach wagon was helpful! Great hosts and great communication !

Il me faudrait plus de 1 000 caractères pour exprimer pleinement à quel point notre séjour à The Salty Palm a été absolument parfait. J'ai eu un début difficile en arrivant à l'aéroport et j'ai cru que le voyage était gâché, de façon très dramatique 972. Dès que je suis entrée dans la maison, tous mes soucis et ma frustration ont complètement disparu ! Je courais partout pour admirer à quel point leur maison était belle et parfaite, exactement comme quand j'étais enfant. Ashley a été d'une aide précieuse depuis le jour où j'ai réservé avec elle. J'ai décidé d'emmener mes enfants, ma sœur et ma mère pour ces vacances en famille afin de créer des souvenirs une dernière fois, car ma mère est atteinte d'un cancer en phase terminale. Malheureusement, ma mère n'a pas pu venir à la dernière minute, mais grâce à Ashley et à The Salty Palm, ce voyage a été tout ce dont j'avais besoin et bien plus encore. Nous n'oublierons jamais cette maison et je choisirais Bradenton/AMI rien que pour pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau. Merci Ashley & Bobby d'avoir mis votre maison à disposition pour des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie ! 9f6 I would need more than 1,000 characters to fully express how absolutely perfect our stay was at The Salty Palm. I had a rough start when arriving to the airport and assumed the trip was ruined, dramatically 🥲. As soon as I walked into the home, the worry and frustration completely disappeared! I was running around looking at how beautiful and perfect their home was just like I did when I was a kid. Ashley has been invaluable from the day I booked with her. I decided to take my children, sister, and mom on this family vacation to create memories one last time as my mom has terminal end stage cancer. Unfortunately, my mom was unable to go last minute but because of Ashley and The Salty Palm, this trip was everything I needed and more. We will never forget this home and I would choose Bradenton/AMI just to stay here again. Thank you Ashley & Bobby for having your home available for memories that will last a lifetime! 🫶
