This house means very much to us, and we’ve prepared every detail so you can enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. We simply ask that you treat the home with the respect it deserves. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy a great experience: • Booking guest must be 25 years of age at check-in and be present for the entire duration of the reservation • Please ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of overnight guests (max 8) • Only registered guests may stay overnight • No parties or events • Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • No smoking or vaping inside the home • No pets • Please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool. • Please avoid having glass in the pool area These standard house rules are simply to keep the home safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front yard, and driveway for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. Routine lawn and pool maintenance may occur during your stay to keep everything in great condition. Visits are brief and occur during daytime hours. Florida is a tropical destination, and occasional outdoor insects or wildlife are normal, especially in the evenings. The home is professionally treated on a regular basis. After booking, guests will be asked to review and acknowledge a standard rental agreement outlining house rules, safety information, and local requirements. For security and compliance purposes, the booking guest may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and the names of overnight guests prior to arrival. Propriété impeccable, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur ! Location parfaite pour les familles et les enfants, avec de nombreux équipements bien pensés, mes enfants ne voulaient plus partir ! Ashley et Bobby sont extrêmement faciles à contacter, que ce soit pour la logistique ou pour des questions et recommandations sur la région. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir !! Immaculate property, outside and in! Perfect rental for families / kids with many thoughtful amenities, my kids did not want to leave! Ashley and Bobby are extremely easy to communicate with for both logistics and questions / reccomendations for the area. We would love to come back again !!

Ashley and Bobby were incredible hosts—so attentive and responsive to anything we needed throughout our stay. They truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. There were also so many activities available to keep the kids entertained, which made a huge difference for our family. Also so close to Anna Maria Island! We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend

Nous avons adoré séjourner à la propriété Salty Palm pendant nos vacances de Spring Break 2026. La maison est impeccablement propre et remplie à ras bord de toutes les nécessités de voyage et d’utilité. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’apporter ou d’acheter du shampoing, du gel douche et de l’après-shampoing, des essuie-tout, du détergent pour lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, du café, du thé, de la crème, des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, un chariot de plage, un parasol, une glacière, du matériel de pêche et bien d’autres choses auxquelles je ne pense même pas. Les hôtes étaient immédiatement disponibles par message texte pour toute question (ils envoient le message de bienvenue avec les instructions d’arrivée). La piscine, la zone de divertissement dans le jardin et la salle de jeux ont eu un énorme succès auprès de mes enfants. Arcade Pacman et mini-golf ! La maison est très bien rénovée et entretenue, le design et l’attention portée aux détails sont d’un niveau supérieur avec un canapé moelleux et confortable pour une soirée cinéma en famille, de nombreux plaids et des tables de chevet avec prises USB intégrées. Nous étions désolés de partir après un séjour d’une semaine et demie. We loved staying at Salty Palm property on our Spring Break 2026 vacation. The house is impeccably clean and stuffed to the brim with all the travel and utility necessities. We didn't need to bring or buy shampoo, body wash and conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher and washer detergent, coffee, tea, creamer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing gear and many other things I can't think of. The hosts were immediately available via the text message for any questions (they send the welcome message with the check-in instructions). The pool, the back yard entertainment zone and the play room were a huge hit with my kids. Packman arcade and mini-golf! We house is very well remodeled and maintained, the design and the attention to the detail is a next level with a comfy cushy sofa for a family movie night with plenty of throw blankets and the nightstands with built-in USB charging outlets. We were sorry to leave after a week-and-a-half stay

Ashley et Bobby ont été des hôtes formidables ! Ils étaient très, très réactifs lorsque j'avais des questions ou des demandes. Ils m'ont prévenu à l'avance d'un événement en ville qui allait avoir un impact sur mon trajet de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, afin que je ne sois pas surpris par des détours. J'ai partagé des photos avec ma famille et mes amis et je recommande vivement de louer cette maison auprès d'Ashley et Bobby. Nous avons pu aller sur l'île d'Anna Maria parfois plusieurs fois par jour car c'était vraiment tout près et le trajet était facile ! Super proche des supermarchés, stations-service, restaurants, en gros tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin ! Maison très propre. Bien aménagée. Ils ont fourni des jouets pour la piscine, des jouets de plage, une charrette, des glacières, tout ce qu'il faut pour partir en vacances avec des enfants ! C'était vraiment agréable de ne pas avoir à acheter ces choses ou à se demander quoi en faire après. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous reviendrions sans hésiter ! Ashely and Bobby were amazing to rent from! Very very responsive when I had questions or inquiries. They let me know ahead of time of an event that was in down and that would effect my drive when getting from the airport to the hotel so I wasn’t surprised with detours. I have shared pictures with family and friends and highly recommend renting this house from Ashley and Bobby. We were able to go to Anna Maria island sometimes multiple times a day because we were that close and it was an easy drive! Super close to groceries, gas, food, basically all you could want! Very clean house. Well set up. Provided pool toys, beach toys, wagon, coolers, everything needed with brining kids on vacation! It was very nice to not have to buy those things or worry about what to do with them after. Very happy with our stay, and would stay again!

The house was as much a destination as the destination was. Home had everything we needed and then some, for the pool, the beach, cooking, and entertainment. There wasn't a single thing or moment we thought "if only we had this too." Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
