The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy a great experience: • Please ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of overnight guests (max 8) • Only registered guests may stay overnight • No parties or events • Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • No smoking or vaping inside the home • No pets • For safety, please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool, and avoid glass in the pool area These are standard house rules designed to keep the home safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front yard, and driveway for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. Routine lawn and pool maintenance may occur during your stay to keep everything in great condition. Visits are brief and occur during daytime hours. Florida is a tropical destination, and occasional outdoor insects or wildlife are normal, especially in the evenings. The home is professionally treated on a regular basis. After booking, guests will be asked to review and acknowledge a standard rental agreement outlining house rules, safety information, and local requirements. For security and compliance purposes, the booking guest may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and the names of overnight guests prior to arrival. Ma famille de 6 personnes a passé un excellent séjour, leur maison a répondu à nos attentes, la maison était super propre et confortable ! Nous avons eu les meilleures nuits de sommeil de toute notre semaine là-bas, les lits étaient douillets et les draps très doux ! C'était l'emplacement parfait pour nous permettre de découvrir de nombreuses plages et explorer différents quartiers ! Nous recommanderions leur maison à nos amis et à notre famille ! We have ZERO complaints about anything at all. The house was stunning - just as described and pictured. Ashley’s attention to detail is impeccable - even down to a small detail tied to one of the reasons we were coming to visit. By far the best Airbnb hosts we have had! The house had something for everyone to do and was very child friendly, which is a plus for us. You can literally just bring clothes because every little thing one can need is provided. Can’t wait to come back!

The beds were super comfortable, as was the couch. Better than staying in a hotel :) This is the place to stay in Bradenton.

Je ne saurais trop dire de choses positives au sujet de l'annonce d'Ashley. Cette maison était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin et ce que je recherchais pour un magnifique séjour à Anna Maria Island. Les équipements de la maison ont facilité l'organisation d'une journée détente à la piscine, mais nous ont aussi permis de profiter pleinement d'une journée fantastique à la plage. Il y avait beaucoup à faire dans les environs et, grâce à la proximité de tout, le séjour a été d'une grande facilité. J'ai bien l'intention de réserver à nouveau chez Ashley, car son logement était la parenthèse idéale pour s'évader du quotidien. Son annonce correspond exactement à ce que l'on espère toujours trouver en réservant un Airbnb : une expérience positive et relaxante où l'on se sent en sécurité et comme chez soi. I cannot say enough positive things about Ashley's listing. This home was exactly what I needed and wanted out of a beautiful trip to Anna Maria Island. Their home was spotless and inviting, from the moment we walked in we felt relaxed and like we were in a 5 star hotel. The amenities in the home made it easy to plan a relaxing pool day but also helped set us up for success for a fantastic beach day. There was plenty to do in the area and with how close we were to everything, it made the trip feel like a breeze. I fully intend to book with Ashley again as her listing felt like the perfect getaway from everyday life. Her listing is what you always hope for when booking an Airbnb, a positive and relaxing experience where you feel safe and at home.

Ashley et Bob ont été sensationnels dans chaque détail de la maison. Les détails de la maison montrent clairement qu'il y a de l'amour investi dans cet endroit, il y avait des « geladinho » dans le réfrigérateur, ce qui a conquis le cœur des enfants. Juste un détail ! Nous avons changé notre programme pour profiter de la maison et nous reviendrons CERTAINEMENT. L'éducation, la gentillesse et l'attention qu'ils ont toujours eues dans la communication avec nous ont fait toute la différence. La meilleure maison et les meilleurs hôtes chez qui nous ayons séjourné via l'application. Endroit incroyable. Ashley and Bob were sensational in every detail of the house. We went to spend the weekend with friends and children and were pleasantly surprised by the fragrant, pleasant spaces, a warm welcome note, and a booklet with tips on restaurants and activities. The attention to detail in the house shows that there is love put into the environment. There were "geladinho" treats in the fridge, which won the children's hearts. Just one thing! We changed our plans to enjoy the house, and we will DEFINITELY be back. The politeness, kindness, and care they always maintained in communicating with us made all the difference. The best house and hosts we have ever stayed with through the app. Incredible place.
