This house means very much to us, and we’ve prepared every detail so you can enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. We simply ask that you treat the home with the respect it deserves. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy a great experience: • Please ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of overnight guests (max 8) • Only registered guests may stay overnight • No parties or events • Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • No smoking or vaping inside the home • No pets • For safety, please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool, and avoid glass in the pool area These are standard house rules designed to keep the home safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front yard, and driveway for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. Routine lawn and pool maintenance may occur during your stay to keep everything in great condition. Visits are brief and occur during daytime hours. Florida is a tropical destination, and occasional outdoor insects or wildlife are normal, especially in the evenings. The home is professionally treated on a regular basis. After booking, guests will be asked to review and acknowledge a standard rental agreement outlining house rules, safety information, and local requirements. For security and compliance purposes, the booking guest may be asked to provide a valid photo ID and the names of overnight guests prior to arrival.
